Email signature

In Outlook: Settings, Signatures, select your signature, copy it and paste it above. Or upload the .htm file from your Signatures folder. It goes under every email FDX drafts, and your emails go out from Outlook with it exactly as it looks.

Text signature

A second signature with no pictures or formatting. In Set up cold email, pick Text signature and the email goes with no pictures or formatting, just your words, short links and this under it, which spam filters like better.

Where customers leave a review, like your Google review link. Review requests after a visit use it.
